Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be supported through your growth and provided with access to several cutting-edge tools. Our ambition is to increase our footprint over the next 18 months in Europe, Asia, North American & South America, effectively quadrupling the current turnover by the end of 2024

Job Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced PPC Executive with a strong understanding of Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building large-scale international campaigns and be well-versed in retargeting and arbitration strategies. As a PPC Executive, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels.


  • Develop and implement PPC campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms, including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, using PPC arbitration software such as AdEspresso, Optmyzr, Kenshoo, Marin Software, Acquisio( or similar)
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences and keywords and develop ad copy and landing pages that resonate with those audiences
  • Set up and manage campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, and performance tracking
  • Develop retargeting campaigns that reach users who have already engaged with our brands and implement arbitration strategies to optimize campaigns and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all PPC campaigns
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply these insights to optimize campaigns and improve results
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to test new strategies and tactics and use the results to improve campaign performance
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure timely and successful campaign launches


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in PPC advertising, with a focus on Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Experience building and managing large-scale international campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools to analyze campaign performance and provide insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and landing pages
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and customer support
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus.
